Dine Out: PSGO Drive-In at Petersham Public House
The city’s best mobile cocktail van (really) is popping up at Petersham Public House for one night only.
PS40 co-owner Michael Chiem acquired a 1977 Bedford RV last year and turned it into a moving, shaking, cocktail-making machine. Now she’s ready to be wheeled out at events, festivals and celebrations near you. What better excuse to rev it up than Broadsheet’s first-ever Dine Out festival? Hit Public House Petersham – from 4pm on Saturday August 16 – for a carpark party with some of the most inventive cocktails in the city. Toot, toot!
