Guests will dine on a menu celebrating Firepop’s longstanding relationships with Blackmore Wagyu and Stone Axe, two of Australia’s leading beef producers. You’ll hear the story behind each dish and how Hou’s experimentation with open-fire cooking led to expertise. He’ll explain how he discovered what worked – and why.
