Broadsheet is always happy to hear from freelance photographers to help capture the best of Melbourne; its culture of independent bars, restaurants, cafes and boutiques and unique events. We take great pride in our imagery at Broadsheet, and are always looking for talented photographers to capture the city’s spirit.
Shoots could involve new cafes, restaurants and shops; art exhibitions; events and festivals; or portraits.
To show your interest, please send a resume, availability and examples of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org
Broadsheet is always interested in getting to know talented writers and editors. If that means you, please get in touch at email@example.com with your story pitch.
Broadsheet runs an editorial internship program. If you'd like to work with a small energetic team while learning what it takes to publish a first-rate, independent website, let us know.
We run two types of internships:
Part time (one day a week) for three months.
Full time for one to two months. This runs from January to March, April to June, July to September or October to December.
As an intern at Broadsheet you will work closely with the editorial team, assisting the editors with publishing content on the site and the events section, creating content, site maintenance, and writing content. Contact us with interest at firstname.lastname@example.org including your CV and samples of your writing, with 'full time internship' or 'part-time internship' in the subject line.
