Rare Pours at P&V and L’Avant Cave

Beloved bottle store and natural wine specialist P&V is running a month-long tasting series at its Paddington store and newly opened wine bar (in collaboration with Porcine) L’Avant Cave. Teaming up with high-tech wine dispensing service Enomatic, the P&V team is pouring rare, extra special drops by the glass.

There’ll be a weekly rotating selection of small-batch, hard-to-find varieties and back-vintage drops on offer, including bottles from cult Italian Barolo producers Rinaldi and Cappellano, Ganevat wines of Jura and Overnoy vino. Plus, rare by-the-glass pours from Australia’s Sami-Odi and Wendouree.
