• Lee Ho Fook chef Victor Liong has created a menu – including five-spiced duck sausage rolls and jasmine tea choux puffs – for the NGV’s Lunar New Year celebrations this Saturday February 1 and Sunday February 2. Liong will also join comedian and Chopsticks or Fork author Jennifer Wong at the NGV for a free talk about Lunar New Year cuisine on February 1 from midday to 1pm.

Koi, the CBD dessert bar from Masterchef alum Reynold Poernomo, is selling three desserts for Lunar New Year including a red-and-gold decorated “good fortune cake” with layers of peach and lychee mousse, bergamot ganache, rose gel and matcha sponge.
