Dine Out: Throwback Dessert Trolley at The Charles

Dessert Masters star and The Charles ’ head pastry chef Rhiann Mead knows there’s nothing wrong with having dessert for dinner.

The pastry chef is putting a swish spin on childhood favourites with her nostalgic late-night dessert trolley.

From Monday to Saturday during Dine Out, The Charles will wheel round a trolley of treats, including a mini Wagon Wheel, a neenish tart, a Battenberg cake and an Iced Vovo tart.

After all, isn’t the best part of being an adult making the choice to have dessert for dinner?
