Flora is a forthcoming plant-based diner in Newtown by the Porteño team, and part of a trio of venues joining the group’s long standing Australia Street favourite, Continental Delicatessen, later this year.
We’re also looking forward to seafood bar, Mister Grotto, and Italian spot Osteria Mucca, which promises “family recipes, hand made pasta, charcoal meats and rare small production wines from cult producers around Italy” in a former butcher shop. More details to come.
Flora is slated to open at 206 Australia Street, Newtown, later this year.
