Mediterranean Dinner Series at Ripples Chowder Bay in Mosman
On Thursdays in February, Ripples is taking you to the Med. Each week, a new region will be celebrated over three courses – starting with Greece, then tripping to Sardinia, France and, finally, Spain.
Try more-ish keftedes (Greek spiced lamb meatballs) with tzatziki, a seafood-powered Sardinian fregola, classic French pate and sizzling gambas al ajillo (Spanish-style garlic prawns). There’ll be bread and snacks as well, and the option to add a wine pairing. Alternatively, you can stick to the cocktail list or BYO wine (with $16 corkage).
The series is the first to run at the new-look Ripples, which has just undergone renovations that nod to New York’s Soho House. Al fresco diners will be seated on cane chairs with striped fabric, and the vibe changes between the deck and club lounge. Dining on Sydney’s harbour, you’ll only feel closer to a European summer.
Bookings essential.
