Dine Out: Mini Lobster Rolls and Mini Martinis at Maybe Sammy

Maybe Sammy, with its pastel pink facade and fittings, has the charm of a cocktail bar from a Wes Anderson movie. Last year it released a cocktail menu titled the Grand Maybe Sammy Hotel with hotel-themed drinks like Poolside, Do Not Disturb, and Check In—a riff on Anderson’s film The Grand Budapest Hotel. Happy hour is a play on the mini bar, where bartenders make miniature versions of Maybe Sammy’s signature cocktails.

For four days during the Dine Out Festival, Maybe Sammy is offering a $30 mini lobster roll and mini martini combo. A mini version of the bar’s signature lobster roll—made with brioche and topped with spicy mayo and chives—will be paired with your pick of a petite cocktail. There are five mini martini options: lychee martini, tropical passionfruit and mango margarita, eucalyptus gimlet with grapefruit bitters, chamomile martini and jasmine negroni.
