Fine Food Australia 2023 at ICC Sydney
Fine Food Australia is the food industry’s longest-running trade show for a reason. Every year the four-day event showcases the best in retail, hospitality and bakery innovation, with this year’s edition – running from Monday September 11 to Thursday September 14 – hosting over 850 exhibitors at the Sydney International Convention Centre (ICC Sydney).
For trade buyers looking for new and innovative products, services and technology to help businesses run better, Fine Food Australia is a haven. It’s also an opportunity to network with other industry professionals at demonstrations, competitions and a series of talks across the four days.
Barista milk (plant-based and dairy) specialist Milklab will launch its Milklab Lane experience, highlighting the best pairings and tasting notes in the range; import specialist Mayers will sponsor daily patisserie masterclasses with Mayers products and tech by Vanrooy Machinery; and Square Australia will present a series of discussions and demonstrations showing how its signature hardware and intuitive software can relieve some of the chaos that comes with running a hospitality business.
Keynote speakers include Adam Moore, TV chef and “culinology director” at food consultancy Culinary Revolutions, who’ll be taking part in the Concept to Consumer workshop on Wednesday September 13 at The Source Kitchen. Elsewhere, Australian Foodservice Advocacy Body CEO Tony Green will talk about advocating for change in the food service industry, while former Pittwater RSL executive chef John McFadden will share some of the expertise that led to him taking the top gong at this year’s World Food Championships.
