$3 Curry Noodles at Ho Jiak Town Hall

Junda Khoo is the culinary captain of Sydney’s much-loved four-strong collection of Ho Jiaks. And he’s been busy readying to open his largest venue yet for our friends in Melbourne. But before it opens, he’s teaming up with Maggi for a one-night-only event to celebrate the Aussie debut of its spicy Malay-style two-minute noodles.

Book in at Ho Jiak Town Hall (which will become Maggi Hawker) to try one of three dishes Khoo’s developed using the 10-spice flavour punch Maggi Kari. Each serve will be just $3 and lean into Malaysia’s “obsession with big, exciting tastes”. Plus, there’ll be sides you can order too.

Bookings open on Thursday May 15 at 10am for seatings from 5pm on Thursday May 22. There are 200 bookings available and limited space for walk-ins.
