You’ll be in good spiritz with two new bottled cocktails by Everleigh Bottling Co that are perfect for picnics, beach holidays or even a barbeque at home.
Melbourne cocktail bar The Everleigh – one of the best in Australia – has been bottling expertly mixed cocktails long before it became lockdown trendy, and its latest range has been two years in the making.
Spritzed Cocktails is launching with two light and bubbly bevs: a classic scarlet Americano with Campari, sweet vermouth and sparkling water, and a fresh and light French 75 made with gin, lemon and sparkling wine. Both come in single-serve bottles inspired by vintage Italian sodas, and they’re all bottled by hand.
Husband and wife team Michael and Zara Madrusan are behind the Everleigh brand and two other standout Melbourne bars, Heartbreaker and Bar Margaux.
“The Spritzed Cocktail collection is perfectly balanced and designed to be enjoyed in good company,” Michael said in a statement. “Whether it’s a boozy brunch, afternoon aperitif or sunset spritzes, we’ve done the hard years so you can have it made.”
The Spritzed Cocktails cost $48 for a fourpack and will be available from October 31. Shipping is available to most states in Australia.
