A salami maker and burger chef trade jobs for the ultimate decider.
Later this month, chef Daniel Wilson of Huxtaburger will face off against Carlo Grossi in Grossi’s kitchen at Ombra Salumi during a Sunday afternoon cook off.
The pair will trade aprons for the day; Wilson will spin dough and Grossi will flip patties. All in the hope of getting some clarity on (what we think is) a futile debate: pizza or burgers?
There’s only so much fun one can have watching, so punters will get a burger and pizzette from each chef.
Beer and wine will be available, too.
