Corner Deli Pre-Opening Pop-Up

Avid watchers of the Brisbane sandwich scene were overjoyed at the news that the Clarence Restaurant team will soon be opening a NYC-style sandwich spot, called Corner Deli. Ahead of the restaurant’s official opening, the Clarence Restaurant team has partnered with Felons Brewing Co to host a pre-opening pop-up at the Felons Beer Garden.

The event will offer punters a sneak peek at seven sandwiches on the Corner Deli menu, including the Reuben made with wild-shot venison; cold fried chicken; French dip with pork neck; a cauliflower and aged cheddar jaffles; a hero sub; and a roast chicken roll served with a side of potato crisps. Also on offer will be a curried mortadella hot dog made exclusively for the event by Damon from Saison.

As well as celebrating the upcoming opening, the event will showcase the launch of Felons’ new, pink and punchy Dragonfruit IPA, which will also be available on the day.
