A huge plant market is popping up in Windsor this Saturday August 4.

From 10am to 2pm in the Albion Peace Centre a bunch of Brisbane creatives will be flipping all sorts of plants, from little succulents and cacti to brighten up the indoors, to larger established varieties for your garden or verandah.

Vintage brass pots, wall vases and handmade ceramics will also be up for sale, while a potting station manned by The Botanist should help ensure you don’t DOA any of your new purchases.

The market includes a plant adoption initiative, where you can bring in that fiddle-leaf fig you’ve just about murdered so someone else can have a crack at keeping it alive.

A coffee cart will be in attendance, along with Hansel & Gretel Cakes (selling special cactus cookies).

Entry is a gold coin. Kids get in for free. Just remember to bring along a box or bag to help carry home your haul.
