Features
Earl’s fills the Mount Hawthorn lunchtime gap with flavour and character. The unpretentious, open-plan space skirted by comfy benches and cafe tables.
The menu keeps things casual but clever. The day starts with an insane breakfast sandwich of a ham hock patty with egg, American cheese and barbeque sauce served in a malt roll.
After 10:30am, guests can order a hot beef hoagie with scamorza, Dijonnaise and pickles, as well as a pork belly hoagie with apple relish and cabbage salad. A roast lamb flatbread stuffed with fries, jalapeno zhug and garlic yoghurt is another favourite.
Bread is sourced from Strollio’s Luncheonette in Tuart Hill. Pastries are supplied by Croff Bakehouse.
