Goldieboy Burgers Pop-Up at Tomboy
Collingwood's Tomboy might seem like a quiet, laidback cafe by day. But this Friday and Saturday night – it's going to be a bit of a bunfight (in a good way) when Goldieboy Burger Company rolls in.
With no fixed address (yet), Goldieboy does burgers at different pop-up locations each month.
At its Tomboy pop up, you can look forward to burgers such as The Goldieboy (150-gram grass-fed beef, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato mustard and a house-made chipotle mayo). Vegetarians aren't to be excluded, and can opt for a sweet-potato patty.
Brace your arteries, animal-style fries (fries smothered in cheese, grilled onions and thousand-island dressing) and Tomboy's signature brownies will also be there to ensure the burgers don't get lonely.
The pop-up runs from 5pm–11pm both nights.
