Elevated 11 storeys high, Eleven Rooftop Bar is a sophisticated setting to indulge in open-air drinks and food.
It’s the third venue by Jason Coats, who has a habit of integrating his establishments into outdoor settings. Eleven has a similar style to his restaurants Il Molo and The Jetty South Bank, with a fit-out of natural materials complemented by the surrounding view.
Once you’ve made your way to the rooftop, your 270-degree view of Brisbane will encompass the city, Fortitude Valley and beyond.
Make your way to the marble bar to order from the extensive drinks list, which features a full champagne menu. The substantial selection of spirits – which includes a few hard-to-find drops – is expertly crafted into a wide range of cocktails and is also available for bottle service in the semi-private booths.
There's a shared menu to suit the relaxed atmosphere. It features grazing dishes such as arancini; curry meatballs with coconut raita; and beef short ribs, as well as more substantial mains and desserts.
