Four Pillars Gin Pop-Up
If you want to give the gift of gin this Christmas, Victorian gin distillery Four Pillars is here to help. It's holding a pop-up at the Myer George Street "giftorium" until December.
The entire Four Pillars range will be available – grab its core varieties as well as limited releases only available from its distillery in Healesville. (And you can try before you buy.) Four Pillars’ annual Christmas release gin, the drink that comes but once a year, is now sold out.
For stocking fillers, the pop-up is also selling Four Pillars’ "Made From Gin" products. There’s a cranberry and gin orange relish, a Rare Dry gin glaze, and a Negroni gin marmalade. They're all made from byproducts of the gin-making process, such as leftover botanicals and gin-steamed oranges.
The pop-up shopfront is made with 100 per cent recycled and recyclable materials. It’s open now.
