Vivid's Glowing Dessert Bar

The city is alight with Vivid 2017 and its light installations around Circular Quay and the Botanic Gardens.

Food has been lit up, too. Lux Populi, by Stagekings (Australia), is a structure made with a kilometre length of neon rope. Under it you'll find Argentinian grill-masters Porteño and an array of guest chefs, including Luke Powell of LP Quality Meats and Ibrahim Kasif of Stanbuli.

Keep an eye on the Vivid-inspired specials menu, which will change weekly.

Cattleyard Brewing is on beer duty, Archie Rose Distillery is serving spirits and Azure is pouring the wines.

Then you can enjoy Motti+Smith's (Australia) Glow Cave Dessert Bar, which offers glow-in-the-dark desserts (including doughnuts).
