Green With Envy curates high-end brands from across Australia and the world, stocking names you thought you’d only ever see in the pages of Vogue.
Ellery, Dion Lee, Alexander Wang, Celine, Acne, Proenza Schouler – you’d expect nothing less from a store decked with gold décor and ornate lighting.
Shoppers usually come for dress-up pieces – cocktail attire, race day dresses, private school formals – but there’s a huge range of sophisticated day wear, swimwear, bags, shoes and accessories on offer too.
Owner Irene Nicholas is also behind the brand Nicholas, which started as Green With Envy’s in-house label but has now carved out an audience of its own.
The business has been operating since 2000. There’s a flagship store on Chapel Street, South Yarra, and a CBD boutique on Flinders Lane. You can also shop online.
