Chefs from Chinatown institutions T-Chow, Dumpling King and Red Chilli are coming together for a bottomless feast of pan-Asian street foods as part of Tasting Australia.
For a neat $70 you’ll get all you can eat dumplings, drunken prawns, steamed and fried buns, hand-pulled noodles, cold-skin noodles, okonomiyaki, chicken kaarage, laksa, crispy fried bananas and more, spanning Japanese, Cantonese, Uyghur, Szechuan and Thai cuisines. The ticket also includes a drink from Tomich Wines on arrival.
Street – Asian Fusion is on Saturday April 6 from 6.30pm.
