Let's Get Local at the Bucket List

Just because winter is coming doesn't mean Bondi is closing up shop. The Bucket List's Head Chef, Tom Walton, along with wholesome food retailers, Food Orbit, are hosting five seasonal dinners from May - August.

Each dinner will showcase a different locally produced meat dish paired with wines and beers from local breweries and wineries. Many of the farmers and growers will attend each of the dinners with the hope that more chefs and restauranteurs will develop the same passion Walton has for supporting locally made produce.

If you've got a passion for eating naturally made food or just a passion for eating, these dinners are sure to be a mid-week highlight throughout the colder months.

May 15th will see the series first dinner, which will focus on Free Range Lamb.

Free Range Pig on a Spit - July 11th
Organic Free Range Chicken and Venison - July 25th
Local Sustainable Seafood - August 8th
