Features
Once set to be a pop-up, The Bucket List proved too popular to ever give up its spot. The breeze space takes on a beachy design, as you'd expect from a venue spitting distance from the beach. The Bucket List is somewhere between a gypsy camp and a spontaneous beach party.
The bar trades in easy-drinking beers, ciders and a classic selection of warm weather cocktails to complement the atmosphere. Surprisingly, the bucket cocktails notorious in South-East Asia are absent from the menu, though it’s probably for the best.
Dishes come in a range of small plates, larger sharing plates, mains, tacos, burgers and sandwiches. The menu may include dishes such as crumbed fish burger and chips; ocean trout with heirloom tomatoes, green beans, olives, cos and a soft-centred egg; or grilled prawns with paprika, garlic, oregano and lime.
