The Broadsheet Cafe opens in two weeks as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

O

n Friday, March 4, The Broadsheet Cafe will open its door to the public for just 11 days during the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

We’ve asked our favourite cafe operators to be a part of this exciting project, including Seven Seeds, Dead Man Espresso, Market Lane, Proud Mary, Five Senses and The Premises. The idea is to build the ultimate Melbourne cafe with the city’s best coffee and baristas. Each operator will be showcasing their unique roasts, tastes and techniques, running the cafe for a day with their own beans and baristas and ProCal’s high quality milk. Magazines for the cafe will be supplied by Mag Nation.

The cafe, located at 24 Crossley Street in the city, is being designed by Studio Round and will feature beautiful Australian made furniture by Jardan. So drop in for a coffee and sit down to read the paper, or swing past for a take-away, with eco-friendly cups by BioPak.

It should be something pretty special, so if you drink coffee, the Broadsheet Cafe is not to be missed.

We’ll see you there in a couple of weeks.
