The Roast Collection at Bar Idda

Bar Idda, a Sicilian restaurant, will host a collection of Sunday roasts highlighting the alpine valleys in North Eastern Victoria that are filled with an abundance of versatile, lush produce. The Roast Collection menu will feature ingredients sourced exclusively from small farms and boutique producers in the region.

The first lunch of the series will be a four-course spread, culminating in an impressive slow-roasted Aeolian-style goat with wild fennel cream. Other dishes include cauliflower-and-cheese-stuffed arancini and handmade ravioli. Wines from the King Valley and beers from Bright Brewery will accompany each course.

The first lunch in Bar Idda's Roast Collection will be held on June 14 and runs from 12pm to 4pm.
