This year, the annual High Vibes Festival has morphed into High Noon, a new High Street Festival with a focus on arts, culture and music.
The new program will begin with High Breakfast served outdoors with tunes to follow from three outdoor stages. The Blue Brigade and The Red Brigade will battle with brass at midday in a musical and visual spectacle.
High Noon fuses Northcote’s eclectic mix of art, music, fashion and food into eight hours of street festival goodness.
