For a night of pure delicious decadence Saké Restaurant & Bar is pairing up with the world’s oldest established champagne house, Ruinart, to present a special sensory, and no doubt sensational, dining experience.

Saké's new executive chef, Wayne Brown, will deliver a seven-course culinary adventure for guests, serving dishes from a modern Japanese menu. Brown, who has lived and worked in Japan, is fascinated by the way Japan's minimalist cuisine uses ingredients to enhance the natural properties of a dish. He now incorporates this ethos into his own cooking and will prepare a menu that celebrates the delicate style and seasonal influences of Japanese food.

He will be joined by Ruinart chef de cave, Frédéric Panaïotis, who will pair each course with Ruinart’s highest quality champagne and meet with guests on the evening.
