Cake Wines Young Wine Maker Series

At the Cakes Wines pop-up this month in Fitzroy, the Cake Young Wine Maker series brings together a collaboration between Australia's most talented new winemakers and, in the first event of these series, Hunter Valley's Richie Harkham. The result is a bold, sweet, organic 2011 Shiraz that will be brought to patrons in an evening of food and great wine.

The evening will see Harkham provide an in-depth explanation of the production process for the 2011 Shiraz, followed by a feast of 30kg of jumbo prawns provided by Wok And Wine. To top it all off, there'll be performances by Melbourne's Sui Zen and Olympia.
