The Textile and Fashion Hub in conjunction with Craft Victoria's Artisans in Fashion is opening up its studio to show its craft to the public on Saturday the 18th of August.
The Textile and Fashion Hub is a space for design driven entrepreneurs to share ideas and techniques in production and innovative design. With a focus on sustainable practices and efficient product development, businesses are able to grow and thrive in this creative environment.
This August, the TFH is opening their doors for a knitting workshop. The event will not only provide you with knowledge of the latest techniques and innovations in knitwear, but also an opportunity to try out what you learn on your own knit.
With industry leaders Pauline Tran-Cecil from Pop Craft and Patricia Chircop, a specialised knit programmer, as the even mentors attendees will leave with all the information and skills they need to turn an average piece of knitwear into a beautiful and unique fabric.
