International Paella Championships

Spanish food enthusiasts should head to Manly this Saturday for the second International Paella Championships at the Corso. Chefs from Australia, Bali and Singapore will compete to make the best paella. In the end, four judges, including the Paella Ambassador to Australia, Miguel Cuevas, will choose the winner based on a blind tasting. The three best chefs will be given the opportunity to participate to an international paella festival in Spain and compete for the title of world’s leading paella chef. From 12pm–4pm.
