Lucio De Falco was born in Naples and has been making pizza since he was 14. As you’d expect, the pizza at his eponymous diner is faithful to the Neapolitan style, following Italy’s Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana guidelines and receiving the nod from prestigious Italian wine and food guide Gambero Rosso. Order as many as you can fit on the table, an Italian cocktail to accompany them, and if you have room, some calamari fritti and the burrata with sautéed eggplant.
