Features
Look for the stripey yellowing awning and you’ve found this cute next-gen fish’n’chip shop. The team is particularly proud of the fish burger: a super-soft bun, fresh iceberg, pickles, American cheese and crunchy panko-crumbed fish. There’s also a tuna smash burger that comes out just like a cheeseburger. And alongside chippies, you’ll find potato scallops soaked in shio koji (a savoury Japanese marinade) for three hours before getting slicked in a light tempura-style batter and fried.
Glistening cans of fizzy drinks are here if you need, but so is a playful wine list, local tinnies and Margarita slushies. Afterwards, grab a signature Hokkaido milk soft serve and soak up some Sydney sun in the streetside dining area.
