Features
The focus is simple at Flour Shop: quality bread, pastry and coffee, every day.
Croissants of every kind (plain, chocolate, caramel, and ham and cheese) are piled on the front counter, usually beside specials such as a kouign-amann-inspired number.
Elsewhere, Flour’s signature sourdough blends chemical-free and organic flours to achieve a golden crust and nutty flavour. Small-batch loaves are always available, shaped around the local produce on hand.
The space is homey, with mismatched chairs and tables on one side, and an exposed kitchen on the other, so customers can sip Single O coffee and watch fresh bread and pastries being pulled out of the oven.
