Somedays is not easy to find. Wandering Fitzroy Street it’s easy to miss the minimally marked entrance. But this is all part of the appeal. When you venture up the stairs, you’ll be rewarded by a unique loft-like space where art and retail’s boundaries are not so clearly defined.

Somedays is fashioned on Nordic influences and stocks a range of local and international designers, as well as supporting local visual artists in the gallery. Here, fashion and art merges unpretentiously with an emphasis on style and non-seasonal trends.

The decidedly handpicked range of brands includes Scandinavian labels such as Amanda Christensen, Cheap Monday and Mini for Many, but also local labels like Jac+Jack, tHe Horse and The Astral Plane. Generally all stocked brands stay true to the Nordic missive of functionality and beauty.

Somedays is at the forefront of a new, pioneering retail experience, far from the fashion jungle of Sydney’s commercial shopping options.
