Since it opened in 2021, Surry Hills hot spot Bar Suze has been serving Scandi-inspired fare matched with one of the best natural wine lists in the city.
That formula will change when Suze rebrands as BS Pasta Palace in July. While you can still expect a cracking list of lo-fi drops from around the world, chef and co-owner Phil Stenvall is swapping the smorgasbord for a rotating list of pastas and an Italo-American vibe.
He and co-owner Greg Bampton will also open a French-influenced wine bar and diner, Caravin, in Potts Point later this year.
54 Foveaux Street will reopen as BS Pasta Palace on July 7, 2023.
