In 2016, Neil O'Sullivan and Su Tuttle, business and life partners, founded Nimbus Co, Australia's first infrared sauna studio. Their inspiration was two-fold: personal health concerns and a desire to make the benefits of infrared saunas accessible to the Australian market. Infrared saunas use high-frequency light to penetrate the body's cells, promoting wellness and relaxation.

Nimbus Co now has locations in Bondi, Byron Bay, Melbourne and this one in Manly. As well as four state-of-the-art infrared saunas and a private ice bath, the Manly studio also offers services from a variety of wellness practitioners and qualified health experts, including a naturopath and acupuncturist.

Designed in collaboration with Bambi Interiors, the space adds a playful, Mediterranean energy to Nimbus Co’s signature minimalist aesthetic. Polished concrete floors and whitewashed walls sit alongside designer chairs from Larkwood Furniture and custom-built shelving lined with wellness products from Leif Botanicals, Imbibe and more.
