This chocolatier looks more like a jewellery store than a sweet shop. Drawing on four generations of handmade chocolate producers, Belle Fleur, owned and operated by the ter Heerdt family, is renowned for its refined Belgian Belcolade couverture assortment.
Belle Fleur draws on a long family tradition of chocolate making, but aren’t afraid to experiment with new flavours and techniques. With over 50 different flavour combinations, the bite size choices are endless, ranging from ganache infused with fresh chilli or rosewater to strawberry and cream, lemon meringue and lamington.
Belle Fleur also carefully crafts an exquisite range of single origin bars with cacao beans sourced from destinations such as Peru, Papua New Guinea, and Vanuatu. They have two storefronts – one in Parramata and another in Rozelle.
