Features
Chase Kojima, one of the country’s leading Japanese chefs, is opening a Japanese steakhouse “with a Brazilian twist” in western Sydney later this year.
Tokyo Samba will debut on Bankstown’s West Terrace with a halal menu flaunting sashimi, ceviches and steaks. There’ll also be a focus on non-alcoholic wines and mocktails.
Samba marks Kojima’s return to Sydney’s dining scene, and will be his first venue since departing Sokyo and Senpai Ramen last year.
Tokyo Samba will open at 2-4 West Terrace, Bankstown, in early July.
