Tilda is one of four new CBD venues coming to Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, which has just received a $60 million refurb.
With its Aussie seafood bent, the 110-seat ground-floor restaurant will be the spot for zesty calamari, spanner crab ravioli and drops from a huge local wine list. More details to come.
Tilda is slated to open spring 2024.
