Sana
Chef Joel Bennetts (Fish Shop and Burger Park) and Daniel Sorridimi of Blackwood have joined forces to open Sana, a laid-back Mediterranean eatery in South Eveleigh. The team plans to fill what they believe is a gap in the fast-casual dining space, with a menu of fast and nutritious options that don’t compromise on flavour.
The concise offering will feature seven bowls and protein plates, plus six rolls and the option to customise your own bowl. The signature Sana bowl will pack in lamb mince, pickled zucchini, cucumber, red onion, pickled jalapeno and spiced almonds. It’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. More details to come.
Sana will open at Shop 8/1 Locomotive Street in February 2025.
