Mister Grotto is a forthcoming seafood bar in Newtown by the Porteño team, and part of a trio of venues joining the group’s long standing Australia Street favourite, Continental Delicatessen, later this year.
We’re also looking forward to plant-based diner, Flora, and Italian spot Osteria Mucca, which promises “family recipes, hand made pasta, charcoal meats and rare small production wines from cult producers around Italy” in a former butcher shop. More details to come.
Mister Grotto is slated to open at 208 Australia Street, Newtown, later this year.
