Features
JB & Sons combines the best elements of a pub and takeaway shop. 4 Pines is on tap, Margaritas are made to order and there’s happy hour every day from 4pm–6pm. A pool table and flat screen TVs streaming American sports complete the pub brief.
But you're really here for the burgers. There’s the Don – with two meat patties, triple cheese, double bacon, an onion ring and jalapenos; The Big Cheese – a burger with a patty entirely made of cheese; and a fried-chicken burger with chipotle mayo and chilli salt. There’s also a variety of smaller snacks, such as cheeseburger spring rolls and jalapeño poppers.
Owners George McLean and Paul Fraser also run a JB & Sons in Freshwater.
