Luigi Esposito is one of Sydney's most tireless purveyors of authentic Italian pizza (and pizza-adjacent snacks). First he founded Lane Cove's Via Napoli, next came Pizza Fritta 180 and now we're getting The Amalfi Way.

Esposito will be expanding his focus for this venture. Alongside a classic line-up of pizzas, expect dishes that reflect the best that you'll find on a southern Italian coastal holiday: spaghetti with clams, anchovies and octopus, and plenty of limoncello to drink.

The Amalfi Way is due to open in September 2020.
