The tight line-up includes around six tacos that are strong contenders for the best in Sydney. The star though, is the cochinita, where slow-braised pork shoulder joins the crunch of pork crackling, with a simple onion garnish.

All of the sauces – aside from the imported ones on the help-yourself table outside – are made in-house. There's no indoor seating, just a bar table to lean on while you scoff your tacos.
