France and Japan are Luke Mangan’s favourite places to eat in the world. And in September, the chef and restaurateur behind Glass Brasserie and the Kimpton Margot’s in-house restaurant , will channel both country’s cuisines at a brand new venue in Potts Point.
Taking up residence behind the Coca Cola sign on Penny’s Lane, Luc-San will be a bar first and foremost, but “with great food” according to Mangan. Diners can also expect a huge showing of Japanese whisky and sake, as well as French wines and cocktails.
Luc-San is slated to open on Pennys Lane, Potts Point, in September.
