Features
Set partway down tree-lined Victoria Street in Potts Point, Glider boasts a dedicated following of eclectic locals. That comes as no surprise, considering this tiny, convivial cafe has been a fixture of the community for the better part of a decade.
The menu here reflects a fresh, nutritious approach to the classic Sydney brunch, with the occasional Thai influence shining through. You might order avocado on toast with Thai basil, sautéed pumpkin, haloumi and olive oil; or a Thai-style omelette with onion, shallots and sprouts.
There are more standard offerings too, including Sonoma Honey and Spice granola with chia, almonds, coconut, dairy-free yoghurt and seasonal berries.
Coffee is by Single Origin Roasters, with plant-based milks by Milk Lab available. If you’re on a health kick, you can’t go wrong with a cold-pressed juice. Options vary from a simple apple juice to a carrot, orange and ginger.
