Depending on who you speak to, there’s only one Portuguese charcoal chicken shop in Sydney: Frango or Silva’s. Devotees of either are quick to defend their choice, highlighting superior juiciness, flavour or service.

We think they’re both great. And given that they’re basically next door to one another in Little Portugal, why not visit both in one trip and make up your own mind?
