Suzanne Francis of Just William has been spoiling Eastern Suburb locals since 1984, long before William Street became a trendy fashion precinct. She comes from a family of chocolatiers, with four generations of her family in the business.

This timeless space is also renowned for its simple but elegant gift boxes along with its extensive range of colourful ribbons behind the counter. Francis combines her chocolate expertise with a keen interest in design to provide chocolate filled gift boxes and packaging that changes with fashion and design trends.
