North Sydney’s new Walker Street precinct is a big deal for the lower north shore. Etymon Projects (Loulou, Poetica, The Charles Brasserie & Bar) have tapped Rhys Connell – formerly of Sepia, The Gantry and Melbourne’s Society – to lead four new venues with their own distinct flavour and feel.
At the top end is LA-influenced bar and diner Soluna and contemporary Japanese joint Genzo. Joining them will be bakery/wine bar Sol and Italian-ish provedore Una. More details to come.
The Walker Street precinct will open on Tuesday, July 9.
